Description Water-based varnish and glue in one for decoupage technique for fabric. Spreads easily and evenly. Use the varnish and glue underneath and also on the top of your rice paper or napkin. On the top, apply from the center moving to the sides removing the air bubbles. Fix it with ironing (for 30 sec, cotton grade, rear side), than it can be cleaned by washing machine (inside out, use gentle cycle).
