Had bought a previous pair of trainer chucks but they wouldn’t stand up to the blows when hitting heavy bag. These definitely will but they are very heavy and you could seriously injure yourself or do damage to property. With that said I’ve had them for almost a year now and they have not broken. The chain was a little long which is actually a good thing if you have bigger hands better to be able to cut it down than to have to add a chain link fairly simple to shorten chain just pop the pin out with a center punch. Would definitely buy again
